Intimate brandsThe ‘most intimate’ technology and telecoms brand in the world? That would be Apple, ahead of Samsung and Google. And what of it? Well, intimate brands create enhanced business performance and have outperformed major financial indices in profit and revenue growth over the past 10 years, according to the Brand Intimacy 2015 Report from MBLM.

Social media outfits Facebook, Instagram and Twitter ranked 13th, 15th, and 17th, respectively. The report also found that HP performs very well among men, while LG connects more strongly with women.

“We believe technology brands will increasingly dominate the intimacy landscape because they can intrinsically connect, personalise and foster bonds in more profound ways,” claims Mario Natarelli, MBLM’s managing partner.
