Rathbone ties up with Pepagon

rp2-globalRathbone Perception Media has merged with Pepagon to form RP2, a media and brand communications agency with combined revenues of over £50 million. RP2 will merge Rathbone Perception Media’s media strategy, planning and buying activities with Pepagon’s brand, product and creative services.

“We have always had a solution neutral business from a media planning and buying point of view, but we are now extending this philosophy to RP2, creating an agency offering both media and brand communication services,” says Simon Cox, the recently appointed md of Rathbone Perception Media, previously with Turner Broadcasting, and now md of the newly formed RP2. “By joining everything together with specialists in both disciplines, sharing the same vision, we can provide a different type of service.”
